Our In-home Care services provide you with support within your own home and with personal activities whether that be meal preparation and dressing, to helping with the laundry or gardening.
We can assist with a ride range of tasks and would love to talk further with you about your specific requirements.
We are here to support you to maintain your independence and develop you skill set to further enable you to do this. We can help you on a daily basis with a range of different personal activities.
These activities can vary from assistance with showering and personal hygiene to meal preparation and moving around your house. We work with you to understand your specific requirements so we can adapt our services to best suit your needs.

Learning new skills and developing yourself is so important to continue to be autonomous and maintain your independence. We work with you to understand your goals, so that we can tailor your care plan to your specific aspirations and help you to learn the skills you need to reach those goals.
Whether that be learning to cook, learning how to catch public transport, or any other personal goal you may have. We’re here to support you on your journey.
Development of Daily Living & Life Skills

We’re here to make a positive impact on your wellbeing and one way we do that is through our assistance with Household Tasks service.
We are able to come to your home and assist with a range of different duties you might need done around the house from cleaning and laundry, to gardening and grocery shopping. This gives you more time to focus on your personal goals and learning new skills, while we take care of the rest.

Helping you develop the skills you need to maintain your independence is our focus at Zeeaid. We are here to help you in your day to day life and can provide support for you when you are living on your own or in a shared environment.
This can range from helping you learn the skills for meal preparation, to maintaining a clean and tidy house, to helping you form positive relationships with the people you live with.

Our Capacity Building services focus on helping you to develop and learn new skills that help you to maintain your independence. This can range from living on your own or in a share house, to employment, through to getting around.

Finding and managing your own accommodation can be an exciting part of life, but it can also come with its challenges. We are here to support you through the process of finding accommodation and also the ongoing management. From start to finish, we will support you.
We can assist with helping to find suitable accommodation, attend inspections and complete tenancy applications through to helping you to ensure your rent obligations are fulfilled and managing your budget so your bills are paid on time.
Assistance with Accommodation & Tenancy

Transitioning into further study or the workforce is an exciting time, but it can also be difficult to navigate if you have never done either before. We are here to support you to identify areas of study or work that you are interested in and the pathway to help you get there.
Once we have helped you secure your new job or course, we stay with you on your journey to help you manage your workload so that you can get the most out of your chosen pathway. We can also assist with resume writing, interview skills and a range of different tasks to help you on your career path.
Assistance to access employment or Higher Education

We offer assistance with travel and transport to take the hassle out of getting from A to B.
Whether you need to get to the shops to do the groceries, get to a medical appointment or your participating in a community activity, wherever you’re off to, we can help you get the safely and on time.

Community Participation
Getting involved in your community is a great way to meet new people, develop long lasting relationships with like minded people, learn new skills and try new activities.
We have lots of ways to help you get involved with your community!
Innovative Community Participation is available to participants who are interested in trying a new activity, developing their skills, making new friends and having a lot of fun along the way. No matter your interests, we will find a creative and innovative way to help nurture your talents and actively participate in all that the community has to offer!
Being a part of your community is a great way to increase your independence and confidence all while doing something fun and interesting.
Innovative Community Participation

If you want to meet you new people and engage with your community, we’re here to help you find the right activity for you. Getting involved in your community is a great way to boost your confidence which will then encourage you to try more new activities and expand your skill set, as well as connecting you with your community.
